YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you God. I'd actually be happier to pay the money knowing that the *MUSIC* will not become a collector's item, which I think is total bullshit. Go Rhino!

I am happy that they are releasing just the music too, but they should have known that 7,200 would sell out quickly and made more available. They could have based it on the Fillmore West box with 10,000 copies and how quickly those sold out, Or how quickly the Dead tour sold out. I don't understand how you can underestimate deadheads when it comes to the music we buy it. Or send a email out to see how many fans are interested. Why even put a # on it just produce them in batches of 1000 until the demand is not there. If you were allowed to reserve 10 copies that is inviting collectors to come in and snatch them up, I can see 2 copies but 10, who needs 10 copies. I read somewhere that they would not do the limited runs anymore. I can't find where or who said it but its out there somewhere. The last 3 box sets are all not limited editions so why make this one. I think this was the plan from the start. The pieces don't fit if you ordered yours and found out that they made more availible would you cancel your order, I doubt it. Now Rhino gets to sell the same music at a reduced production cost at the same price because it's all about the music and that's what is most important. Or is it cause we stand to make more money off this and it would be stupid from a business perspective not to.WTF
